Plugins are available, but they're mostly open source too, so they may be finicky, and again, not as polished as other solutions. Install is tough for an IT amateur enthusiast like me, many people will need help. It's open source, so it's free, but it's not so polished. There are a lot of trade-offs with KeePass.
